Had a mercantile credit card. Only used when I wanted to get thru checkout quick and no questions. Used at the dentist.....refused ,a couple of days refused again... I called Brian Craft(portage). He couldn't find it. I enjoy Brian. Went in. Gave him the card. Still not found. Turns out there was a charge refused back in September. I don't remember any notification. There should be follow up(note to banking institution. ) I was rescinded. So those who work can't look at the account (anther issue for bank.). In 2 phone calls ... read more
