I’ve been a customer here for years and gotta give credit where it’s due. Lizzie is always so great whenever I drop in. She gets everything sorted out in two seconds with zero hassle. Truly great service
This is a great banking facility. The people are always friendly, and they know their clients. From safety deposit boxes, specials in finac8ng, optiins to invest, to even having a change counter, we LOVE our local Mercantile. The building is always clean and presentable. Matching the professionalism of those working there. Always fast and responsive service, with the clutter and cold of other places. So far, they are my preferred bank...and I've been circling the globe, a long time.
Just your one stop shop for cash. Great people and great place.
I have been banking here (and at the Portage branch) for years and have always been super pleased with their customer service. Somehow they always know my name as I walk through the door, even tellers that I think I've met once. No other bank I have ever been to has done that. I don't anticipate ever switching to a different bank. As for the person who is upset because they wouldn't deposit a two-party check with one signature, that is the reason for a two-party check!
