I have been banking here (and at the Portage branch) for years and have always been super pleased with their customer service. Somehow they always know my name as I walk through the door, even tellers that I think I've met once. No other bank I have ever been to has done that. I don't anticipate ever switching to a different bank. As for the person who is upset because they wouldn't deposit a two-party check with one signature, that is the reason for a two-party check! What a horrible experience here today, I've NEVER in my life heard of a bank refusing to deposit money into an account of a longtime accountholder. It was a Dept of Treasury check in my husband and my name, so since we both are accountholders, I filled out a deposit slip and went to deposit into our account. They refused it because he didn't sign (he was not there, he was working) but since it is A DEPOSIT why does it even matter?!
