15 days ago i submitted all the paperwork to obtain CDs left by my deceased grandmother. I live roughly 6 hours from the branch. One would think 15 days to be plenty of time to close the accounts and send the money, but one would be wrong. I worked at a bank over 25 years ago and even then it was a matter of pressing a few buttons. Jon Lyons organized a smooth closing with my Title Company closer. He kept me inform throughout the lending process.
Their online service are Horrible but the people are great and the loan went through fast and for a good rate. It took me hours to get into my account. I will never use this bank again.
