We got picked up by this company and we were supposed to have two child seats, which were not available at the time of pick up from the airport and same issue back to the airport. The driver wouldn’t let us use the third row, so my husband had to sit in the front by force literally. When we got picked up from the airport, The driver didn’t look OK.
