She lost my taxes and ignored all my attempts at communication. Very Irresponsible and I won’t be going back.
I ve had good results and a good rapport with Diane. But this year I dropped off 2023 taxes, along with very important documents, business receipts etc. and waited 2 months until the deadline passed. Left numerous messages at Diane's office and haven't received a call back as of this day (5.15.23). Responded personally to her office a number of times and no one was there, but another gentleman waiting like me that told me he was having the same issue. I've used her office for many years and never had a problem i would recommend her very highly you must use cash or check to pay for her services though no cards
