Yesterday was the first time taking a transport car from Grants Pass to Medford for a doctors appointment. The van was clean and very comfortable however, the most outstanding part of the ride was the driver Scott. What a fabulous young man! We had a grand time chatting like old friends. If you need a ride, call Meraki Transport and hope you get Scott, he’s terrific!
My driver Scott went above and beyond! He took me to Portland for my neck surgery to remove cancer . His boss Tyler went and above and beyond to cordinate and settle me down from the problems Heartstone had caused. Scott stayed in the hotel over night so he could take me to my surgery. Scott and Tyler made a huge difference for me! Scott took me to get dinner and helped me get to my room. Thank you, meraki
I can't speak for all of the drivers, but Hector brought my Mom home from the hospital yesterday and he was an absolute angel! He was gentle, caring, efficient, and communicative and made sure my Mom felt safe, especially after a traumatic hospital stay. He truly went above and beyond and we are incredibly grateful. Thank you Hector!
Amazing staff. Very friendly and caring. On time and very helpful getting to/from the vehicle and the Drs Office. Randy and Jeremy I think we’re their names but I’m bad with names. 10/10 would recommend
Their drivers don’t know how to use turn signals or look when they are pulling into traffic. Thank God I just had my brakes done.
