I cannot believe how horrible my experience was with Meraki Spa and come to find out the owner Cyarra. I’m so devasted and sad by my experience today. I will post my entire hour of absolutely appalling communication about my appointment that she blew off simply because Groupon money isn’t a priority for her I guess…idk I will never go back nor suggest to anyone to deal with such a horrible professional and business owner
Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased an appointment for lash extensions for my wife with Cyarra and my wife came home crying as apparently the lady didn’t show up and when my wife finally tried reaching her at 4:15. Her response was sorry I am happy to reschedule you. My wife had an event she needed this done for tomorrow and left work early for this appointment. Got my lashes done by Cyarra and it was amazing! She was so clean, professional and understanding. She also took the extra time to explain how everything works to me since it was my first time getting lash extensions. Couldn’t recommend her or this spa more!!
Absolutely love getting my hair cut here! Cyarra does such a good job cutting my hair. I highly recommend her and this salon. Love the vibes and people here every time I stop by
Cyarra has been doing my lashes and hair for almost 5 years and does amazing work and she’s so flexible with my work schedule. My lashes and hair always come out perfect!!!
