They get you in immediately, even for psychiatry, and honestly, that should have raised a red flag because every other place has waiting lists. Being new to the area though, I was just excited to find a place able to get myself and my 2 teenagers in quickly. I will say that I love my therapist. She's extremely knowledgeable and she's the only reason I'm still going here. She's been there for years, so I have little concern she'll be leaving before we complete EMDR. Wouldn't recommend they loose your number every time and then blame it on you saying you didn't tell them your number
I went through them 3 times now all 3 times they lost my number and address on file they closed me out because they told me they sent out a letter and called me neither in which they did they before we're able to accommodate for me not being able to drive or having transportation this time they won't do that they take a very long time to respond to an email took about 3 months from when I sent the email they don't answer their phones I left many voicemails took an old friend of mine that called to even have them reach out to... read more
