The customer service is terrible. They are rude and condescending and they are bullies. They make it very hard to cancel. I was ultimately told they would cancel my service but was going to flag my vin number so I could never go to Ford again.stating it is a troubled vehicle. This is a complete scam. They pretend to come from the official car warranty service from the maker which they aren't. DO NOT deny my word MEPCO, I have a voice record file. DO NOT trust anything they say. They intentionally keep delaying all the documentation process including sending the document by slow mail so that they can take the first downpayment. I wish I didn’t even have to give them even one star. This is the worst company. They talk a good game and then when you want to cancel not only do they give you attitude they charge you almost $1000. How this company is still around is beyond me. They are a true scam!
This is the worst car company in the world and I've dealt with bad but this one has to be the worst on the planet. I just signed up with them yesterday and their already giving me the run around. After reading the reviews I immediately called to cancel and they just keep saying they will have some one to call back and never do. This company tricked my elderly mom a year ago into putting her 2004 250k mile vehicle on this for over $4500 plus $150 a month. She has not driven a vehicle in more than 3 years. They limit hours to call during work day and don't answer calls anyway. Scam scam scam.
