Being 2025, the menu created for me was a very old style and basic looking menu. There weren't options to do anything nice on the menu screen except upload your logo. If you want to use a cc processor, you have to use their processor, no 3rd party allowed. Being a reseller I need these options for my customers to maximize my potential. This company use to be decent, Not so much now. The language barrier is the problem. It's hard for them to understand the simplest tasks without multiple calls and emails. Tried to cancel today and now I have to wait for the proper department to call me back. What a crazy debacle.. buy these reviews look suspicious as well looks like the employee at call center you're calling in India.

This is an easy-to-use online ordering system. Also, Lavu has great customer service, so if you ever need assistance, they're always available.
