Excellent remote customer service. A book I ordered arrived with the jacket slightly damaged, and in less than 24 hours had the whole issue sorted out, and they were very understanding and professional about it.

Completely dishonest, didn’t pay us for our services, I spoke to others in the industry many were not surprised, previous employees said they had their checks bounce and authors said they didn’t receive their royalties. I’m writing this in hope that no one one else gets taken advantage of.
