I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I needed to return some menu inserts and followed the instructions to ship them back, but since then I haven’t received any response or updates. I’ve reached out multiple times and have been completely ignored. Money down the drain. Good customer service doesn’t end after a sale, and unfortunately that hasn’t been the case here.
