Nathan was amazing to work with and answered all our questions even after hours. Moving can be very stressful, especially long distances, and Nathan made us feel well taken care of and eased our minds. In addition the crew that moved us was phenomenal…they were very professional, fast, and knowledgeable. They disassembled our furniture with ease, and reassembled everything in our new home perfectly. I got the feeling there was not a TV mount or piece of furniture they hadn’t seen. Great experience all around.

Incredible service! Brandon and all the crew showed up on time and worked fast and hard, but carefully and thoughtfully. They wrapped all the furniture well to ensure no breakage or damage for the 1,800 mile trip. It was a big move, and the crew was friendly and kept a positive attitude and worked well problem-solving as a team. They have great communication via text, phone, and email, and they were always available when I called ahead to get more boxes. We're so happy we picked Mentor's!
