The guys showed up first thing in the morning on time. Came in, had a look at everything and got to work. They had the entire 2 story 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house packed up in a half day. They were all very nice, polite, and extremely efficient and thorough. I was pretty impressed. The only negative was they weren’t careful with the plants. They broke one and messed up others. We had a great experience with Mentors Moving & Storage. The crew was professional, hardworking, and efficient from start to finish. They handled our belongings with care, communicated well throughout the move, and worked as a team to make a stressful process much easier.
From start to finish this was a great experience. The initial call and walk through was professional, well explained and efficient. The follow up from office support timely and helpful, and on the day the crew arrived on time, worked super hard, were extremely careful with our things and communicative. Cannot recommend highly enough - thank you!
I hired Mentors Moving & Storage to provide packing and moving services. I was in a bad situation and needed out ASAP. I hired them because they were able to move me ASAP and I thought the quote was fair based on the market.
