I was looking for a simple desk and chair for a remodeling project for my brother, who has Down Syndrome. We walked in, and no one greeted us.After about 5 minutes or longer, a female voice from the very back yelled hello. We walked into the room that said chairs. My brother found a desk he really liked and that we were gonba purchased, so we looked in the larger room that could have a different style. What a lousy experience. I called them yesterday to confirm their hours and made a change to my schedule so I could make it before closing today.. I walked into the store checkbook in hand but no one was there. Someone in the adjoining store that they share space with said they went home early. I drove a number of miles out of my way and at great inconvenience, but no one in this store cared to stick around to make a sale. So much for customer service.
