We have used the Mentor Group for financial planning, and income tax preparation for almost ten years now. We have found them exceptional in their professionalism, knowledge, and advice. Meschel gives us expert tax information in a friendly and warm manner such that It is always a pleasure to see her at tax time.
Until recently, my husband and I have been happy with the service at Mentor Group. We recently have been ignored and put on a 'back burner'. It has been months since I submitted my invoices and no work has been done on my tax return. We have sent emails to follow up with zero response. It is clear they do not treat all clients respectfully or fairly.
