Terrible experience. A guy named matthew told me he was a lawyer one week and accessed my records and the next he said he wasnt a lawyer he was a tribunal co ordinator. They then referred to me a pro bono lawyer named catherine who gave me no letter of engagement, number didnt show on google, didnt even know her full name. Anyway she changed the court date on me and disnt tell me so i was left supportless, she never gave me any advice about advance statement of preference, nominated person, guardianship etc, all she talked a... read more
So helpful!!! Even looked up complex law that is only ever used once a decade or more, if it exist and got back to me after looking it up at home that night! Will call them every time, so grateful.
This particular lawyer did not investigate matters in good timing it was too short of time and did not give consent for information to be passed on despite her saying so, does not know that timestamps are located on files, poor professional advice no referrals or or proper timely advice and consideration or support given.No mental health support given.
With all due respect to the legal profession I cannot recommend this establishment. Please do not waste your time contacting this organization as with my dealings with them they have proven to be totally incompetent.
