Hard to get a person to answer the phone here recently. Overall service is great.
Not for people with personalities
My son is currently in the mental health program at this facility. He has a caseworker who does not return any of my phone calls. She does not know the status of my son or if he’s on his mental health medications I’ve tried on several different occasions to reach out to her to help in assisting with my son’s needs. To no avail she can not provide me with an updated status on my son’s condition.
