ABSOLUTE WORST customer service i have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes down the street to the other location in Natick, they have a much better selection and friendly staff. Upon arriving on Sunday Mother's Day to set up a profile for our wedding my fiance and I entered the store and were immediately welcomed into the store by an older gentlemen (named Hugh) asking how he could assist us.
