Recently rented a tux for a wedding. all of the pants for the groomsmen were not fitted correctly. shirts were either too big or too small. This occured even though they were measured and checked prior to wedding. Grooms shoes soles were literally separating. We called and were informed that they could not do anything about the shoes even tough they were just 3 miles form the wedding. After complaining they did not charge for the shoes.... big concession. Bad customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Great place. Great customer service. I went there to get fitted for my wedding suit and everything went smooth. Thanks to Izzy, one of the managers there, for all the help.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The little fat guy in there I think is the Manager and he’s the worst one. No surprise that the staff there is disrespectful, and talks down to you. They act like you’re bothering them while you’re actually spending hundreds of dollars. Pathetic. They need to clean house and fire them all. I don’t like spending my money out of state, but I won’t spend another penny there.
