Recently rented a tux for a wedding. all of the pants for the groomsmen were not fitted correctly. shirts were either too big or too small. This occured even though they were measured and checked prior to wedding. Grooms shoes soles were literally separating. We called and were informed that they could not do anything about the shoes even tough they were just 3 miles form the wedding. After complaining they did not charge for the shoes.... big concession. Bad customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Great place. Great customer service. I went there to get fitted for my wedding suit and everything went smooth. Thanks to Izzy, one of the managers there, for all the help.
Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. The worst one in there is a little fat guy that I believe is the Manager. No surprise the staff sucks, they’re following his lead. Who ever owns this place needs to clean house immediately. I won’t ever, ever spend another penny in there until that entire staff is gone, nor will I ever recommend one of my employees to step foot in there, because I’m also a manager and I truly understand what customer service is all about. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The little fat guy in there I think is the Manager and he’s the worst one. No surprise that the staff there is disrespectful, and talks down to you. They act like you’re bothering them while you’re actually spending hundreds of dollars. Pathetic. I needed to rent a tux for my sons wedding and was a little leary about spending too much money. After having shopped around several places I found that Mens Warehouse had very reasonable prices for their tux rentals, top notch tuxes and shoes and very friendly service. We were a little worried about the tux comming in 1 day before the wedding but the staff really know how to take measurements and it was a perfect fit.... Thanks Mens Warehouse for a hassle free shopping experience.
