We went in looking for a suit rental for prom. After not having what my son really wanted, the salesman talked us into looking into a tux rental. My son was specific with the colors he was interested in and the guy kept steering him a different direction. My son felt like he was treated like he was stupid for wanting what he did and like he had no fashion sense at all.

They charged me for this??!! So unbelievably disappointed that they claimed to do professional alterations and then charged me more than anyone else in town. Now I have to pay someone else to ACTUALLY do the professional alterations.
