My fiancé and I went there today to look at tux rentals for our wedding and the customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE! I will NEVER recommend this place nor will I ever return. We are not difficult people to please and the experience there today was so disappointing. We walked out and gladly gave our money and business to another company that was much more helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Great customer service! Really like telling them what I want and how they put everything together to make you feel like a million dollars
Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. Salesperson wouldn't listen to the group and his needs. Had to go back to store 4 times to get all parts of tux. refused to give a discount. Corporate just said sorry for your bad experience have a nice day. They don't service their customers in a timely manor whatsoever.
