Went in with my husband today to get a “basic” black suit for a corporate promotional filming he has scheduled for Monday in Dallas. We walked in, never once greeted or assisted. Walked and looked through the entire store. None of the sizes were organized appropriately, every jacket and pant had to be checked to find the sizes we needed. After reviewing suits onIine I drove 80 miles to make the purchase. The service was amazing. Tim Martin directed me to the suit I had selected online and Tim and my wife picked up another suit that was so much better and fit me like a glove. Wonderful experience, affordable and I picked up a few shirts on sale as well. Very professional customer service.
I had to get ready for my niece's wedding. I needed to update my suit wardrobe. Crystal was very patient and helped me come up with a nice looking out fit to look my best. thank you!

Terrible service! Me and my fiance made an appointment and it was hard for someone help us and the lady that helped us was so rude and did not act like she even wanted to help us. Also, did not have a good selections for tux rentals. We took our business somewhere else! I do not recommend!!!
