There were some problems with staff and service when my brother first came to Menorah rehab center. These were addressed by administration and corrected. Since that time, the situation has greatly improved. While there are occasional bumps in the road, it is generally much improved. My suggestion is...if you have a concern, bring it to the attention of the administration and it will be resolved.
Everyone was on point. Food was surprisingly good. And who doesn't like an ocean view?
The staff is friendly, understanding and facilities kept very clean. Overall great.
