I wish I could give 0 stars. She has messed up on my taxes and multiple other people I know. I had to pay over 400$ worth of penalties because of her and then she blamed it on me. She is horrible at communicating and won’t respond for weeks. So glad I’m going to someone else this year!
I've done my taxes here for going on 7 years and it's always quick, easy, and I get my max refund. Malissa is great!
