ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I was the first walk-in client of the morning and I waited 10 minutes or more for my pedicure to begin. Once it did, things just got progressively worse. First the water was ice cold, after asking nicely to warm it up, they turned it up to BOILING. Went there on Friday 6/16/13 to do some shopping with my fiancé who is an Italian Air Force officer. some freak of a mall security guy kept following us around. It was weird. You should probably find somewhere else.....and surely DO NOT have the threading done at this location. These people do not know what they agree doing unfortunately. I had the threading done, after explaining that I did not want any type of bumps on my face. with threading, bumps occur if the person doing it does not know what they are doing. I really don't come to Vegas to shop, and the shops at the Forum are no different than the shops in most malls across the country. It is a cool place to walk through and probably even cooler with the fountain statues are working. If you drink one of the yard drinks and look up at the ceiling, it looks like the sky is moving ;)

DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!! They are a ripoff!!! I purchased some Gendarme. The sample was not even the same as the Gendarme the owner showed me as a sample. The perfume didn't even smell close to the real thing. It was expensive and I tried to return it. Nope, they don't give refunds so I got a gift card. I am so very unhappy with this place. Now I have to go there to spend my gift card. I just wanted my money back. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!! except to TRY and find something to buy with the giftcard.
They have poor customer service. I was told on the phone that they could tell me my diopter from my existing glasses and would do so for no charge. This would enable me to get some swimming goggles that would help me see while swimming. When I arrived at the store, I was then informed that they would not do it, and that I needed to see a doctor for a prescription. I wouldn't have minded if that was what they had told me on the phone. I will be getting my next set of glasses elsewhere.
Macy's PIECE OF CRAP JEWELRY!!! I have wore my engagement ring for less then 9 months and it broke 4 TIMES!!!. The diamonds keep falling off. THIS LAST TIME I HAD 2 DIAMONDS FALL OFF. One of the diamonds they replaced turned yellow. When I went to ask why the diamond turned yellow the manager with attitude told me "diamonds don't change colors"... really? because it was white last week when I got it, Does that mean is not a diamond?.
