I went to the mall and accidently walked into the Bailey Banks and Biddle Jewelry Store. I was AMAZED at such service !! Nice people greeted me at the door, offered me a refreshment and conversation, showed me a pair of diamond stud earrings for my wife of 12 years and I bought them. My wife was thrilled when she saw them. they are not the typical I-2 quailty I saw in other jewelry stores there and they were a great price. I can say that this is the most convenient shopping place for me and my family.
I have been shopping here for more than 10 years. I cannot say that I have ever had a bad experience. I like the selection of stores and customer service.
Love this shopping center! It's very pretty and completely open. It also has a great variety of stores, food options, and a great movie theater. I coming here for years and every time i had great shopping!!
I am not a shopper. I'm not. But I make an exception for here. Everything is well organized and high end. They have a lot of benches and good food in the Forum Shop area too. Check it out.
I will post this wherever I can. Stay away from the kiosks that sell deep sea cosmetics. They will pressure you and insult you to buy their products at crazy prices. They will lie to you and when you confront them about something, they are quick to have another reason why you are wrong. The mall is a great place but they make it into a bad experience. The forum shops here are amazing! I always end up finding something I want to purchase. Many known stores .
Horrible, horrible, horrible! Went in to have daughter's eyes examined. Told it would be just a few minutes. Asked if we had insurance (we did) and completed forms for filing claim. After waiting over an hour and watching people walk in and out. When I inquired as to "how much longer"...was told that they see "cash paying customers" first and that our insurance will be verified as soon as they can, but they had to take care of these "people" first. I work at a medical insurance company, so I talk to providers and members all day. I wanted to say that 1st b/c the type of complaint I'm going to give about this place is about the front desk staff and their responsibility to their patients and their providers. I spoke to a elderly woman with bright blue eyes, when she quoted me my co-pay I was shocked as it was $70 for contact lenses. $10 for the co-pay and $60 for fitting.
