Truly a horrible experience! If I could rate them a zero I would, and that would be generous. I was held up for 6 months on a simple transfer of shares in an LLC. 3 months in I received a call from Sal Calcagno apologizing that it should not have taken that long. After that conversation I could never get a phone call back. I had to fly from Florida to NY just to get back my documents that I sent him and still couldn’t see him. As I said HORRIBLE PRACTICE!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my late mother’s estate closing by attorney Mark Villa and his office. Yesterday was the closing for my mother’s house, and throughout this process there was a serious lack of transparency regarding fees, charges, and communication. I was never given a clear breakdown explaining what many of the deductions and costs were actually for. I was there last week, and the only fault I found was that I had to climb stairs; otherwise, the place was beautiful, and everyone there was kind and caring. My attorney is Joe Costello, and he understood exactly what I needed, took the time to listen, and he is taking care of my problem. Thank you, Mr. Costello!
