I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my late mother’s estate closing by attorney Mark Villa and his office. Yesterday was the closing for my mother’s house, and throughout this process there was a serious lack of transparency regarding fees, charges, and communication. I was never given a clear breakdown explaining what many of the deductions and costs were actually for. I was there last week, and the only fault I found was that I had to climb stairs; otherwise, the place was beautiful, and everyone there was kind and caring.
