Save your money!! Charges $50 to "review" your appeal...gave him 3 properties to "review" - one said he couldn't find comps and didn't appeal (paid $50 still). One was undeveloped land that he said he couldn't appeal based on purchase price (why did I have to pay $50 for that?). Last he appealed and lost...I'm OK paying $50 for the one that was appealed and lost, but why for the others??? Lesson learned!
