Very disappointing experience. I never received clear communication about my case. It was extremely difficult to get updates, and my calls and emails often went unanswered. After paying thousands of dollars, I expected better communication and professionalism.

I’m paying this Meneses law around 10000$ , they lie to me they already send out my husband paper work to uscis last year . Everytime I ask for copy for his application they never want give me , they always tell me to wait for call back . This lawyer is a scam , take 500$ every month from my father , he been paying over 9200$ , he been call customer service ask how he case going they always said to wait for uscis to send receipt number , it been over a year . We haven’t receive anything , we been calling them and ask for print out , for all the paper work , they said they will return the call . And they lie to my father , never return call back , be careful don’t trust them

I been paying so much money for Meneses law , over 9000$ , lie to me so much , telling me the lawyer will be return my call , and give me all information I need to know , customer service is so bad , you ask them questions they never know anything , I hope they know this is a lot of money , people work so hard for their money
