Wish I could give 0 stars!! My brother has been paying this office for months with absolutely no visible progress on his case. Every time we call to ask for an update, we receive vague answers and are told the same thing we were told on day one. We have been waiting for the UVISN/UVIN form to be submitted so his case can move forward. We understand that once requested it can take 1–4 weeks to receive, but it has been well beyond that timeframe with no clear explanation or proof that anything has been done.
