This company is a joke. While I was away from home, they entered private property without permission and illegally towed a vehicle. During that process, they ran over our dog. Rather than immediately notifying us of what happened, they allegedly took it upon themselves to shoot our dog and left him lying dead in the middle of our driveway. We were never contacted by the company. Instead, we learned what happened through a third party, who told us that our dog "didn't see the tow truck." Menefee Towing was quick and so nice. Considering what they needed to do, the price was fair and they got my vehicle out of a sticky situation safely with no damage. Desean was skilled, helpful and kind. Thank you!

We had an employee who was in an accident at the coast and Menefee was called for the tow. They were professional, courteous, and great to work with!

Avoid this company at all costs, very unprofessional. The tow truck driver will most likely be the owner who is extremely inexperienced and downright dangerous. If you unfortunately end up running into the owner or his wife I'm sorry. The wife is extremely rude self-entitled and believes she can do no wrong. I have heard absolute nightmares about the company and the owner. And I'm here to tell you all of them are true. This company is way overpriced and does very dangerous shoddy work.
