Oregon. Under Oregon law, the towing company must allow you reasonable access to retrieve your personal items, and they cannot hold your belongings hostage just because the car is totaled or tow fees are pending. These people basically stole all my personal items while im in emergency room i finally figure out where my vehicle is not even 24hrs later they want me to pay 2,000$ just to remove items. And I have the insure claim number like they asked and they still said no. Like im getting a attorney cuz this is BS.

This company is a joke. While I was away from home, they entered private property without permission and illegally towed a vehicle. During that process, they ran over our dog. Rather than immediately notifying us of what happened, they allegedly took it upon themselves to shoot our dog and left him lying dead in the middle of our driveway. We were never contacted by the company. Instead, we learned what happened through a third party, who told us that our dog "didn't see the tow truck."
