Avoid this company at all costs, very unprofessional. The tow truck driver will most likely be the owner who is extremely inexperienced and downright dangerous. If you unfortunately end up running into the owner or his wife I'm sorry. The wife is extremely rude self-entitled and believes she can do no wrong. I have heard absolute nightmares about the company and the owner. And I'm here to tell you all of them are true. This company is way overpriced and does very dangerous shoddy work.

Came all the way to Rockaway to tow cars after a wreck. The owner was the driver. Incredibly kind. Came out, asked if everyone was okay, seemed like he cared, listened to everyone talk then suggested his plan. Helped people empty cars and even took the special license plate off for one of us. Highly recommend this company! Impeccable customer service!
