I met Alexia as a result of fracturing my ankle and tearing my tendons when I rolled my root at the end of May. I was cranky, tired, frustrated, and not a happy customer. Alexia took it all in stride and promised me she’d have me back doing my favourite thing if I stuck with her. Morgan did an outstanding job with my recent running injury. I came in limping to the Bedford clinic, unable to run more than 4K without pain sending me to the walk of shame. And came out 6 weeks later pain free and back to my typical weekly mileage, paces, and speedwork.
