I engaged this firm for assistance with a Global Talent (now National Innovation – Subclass 858) visa while I was based in France. After an initial indication that my profile may be suitable (subject to further assessment), I proceeded with their services and paid AUD 20,000 into their trust account. After a detailed assessment, I was told my profile wasn't sufficiently competitive for that visa pathway, and alternative visa options were suggested.
