She wasted our time. She came by way of great recommendations to help my son with his adhd. She had some billing trouble through our private insurance and complained about the billing troubles she was having with all her clients during our first session. Spoke about how she was working to get Medicaid approved to take on more clients. Then ghosted us, missed 2 sessions; yes she was a “no show”. Kate is down to earth and easy to talk to. However, she didn't show up for 3 scheduled appointments. She lacks professionalism by not adhering to her scheduled appointments. I basically got ghosted by a therapist who never reached out after not showing up for the 3rd time. There were multiple problems with the billing. I recently received a bill for a Sept 2024 appointment, but haven't had an appointment with her since the last one she didn't show up for in June. SHE will put UNCESSARY diagnosis,misdiagnose you and dropp you off.Do not even expect that this therapist will ever say the truth about you ,neither does she take good notes on the therapy sessions...She is unprofessional,arrogant, never says :"Thank you" to her clients...Do yourself a favor and stay away from her.Menanwhile I have reported her all over the place including the Board of the Psycological &Social work Examiners for New jersey,insurance fraud,medical malpractice and unprofessional conduct and more claims to come... read more
