The drivers with Mendez Transportation are well trained and capable transportation providers. They take the time to ensure that their passengers are comfortable during their trip. They are very kind, polite and charming. And if that wasn't enough they are very nice to look at!

They are bad as a business they wont answer your calls the drivers keep sending you to voicemail we have been done with our appointments for hours trying to return home and we have been stranded due to the negligence they have on their end between the drivers and the customer service

I had a 530 pick up from the airport. They texted and tried to say it was a 330 pickup. I told them my flight doesn't even land until 5:11pm. And I would see them at 530. Another person from them called and asked if they could do a earlier pickup at 230. I told them again no. 530 pickup. They never showed up and then wouldn't return my phone calls or text. Called the insurance transportation and they showed a 530 pickup they reached out to Mendez transportation but Mendez Transportation told them they had a 4 pm pickup sched... read more

this transportation is so stupid that you dont not want to ride with them because liable. They don't speak English just talked spainsh. Don't ride with mendez transportation because want get there safety.
