Is this even a real company?? They argued with me (and my insurance) for fourty minutes saying they couldn’t find the hospital entrance. Then, the story changed…driver had left and was stuck in traffic!? Miami number, but sounds like they’re in India? I’m in Panama City! I was left with my two children (one who has autism) in 85 degree heat for over an hour. WE MISSED OUR APPOINTMENT!
This company took me and my quadriplegic son along with his nurse to an important surgical consult. The trip was booked . They picked up and took us to the appointment which was a paralift transport to Nemours children’s hospital about 70 miles .the appointment went about an hour over and they never showed up for the return trip. The left us at the hospital with no way to get home. We had to call social services, waited 6 hours and the hospital lost money because they had to pay to get us home. Dont even try to use this company’s service. Very unprofessional drivers. Overspeeding, and passing buses and yellow solid lanes. If they cant drive, your safety will be compromised.
If I could give these people zero stars I would. The most unprofessional drivers. My daughters had appointments at 3:30 and our driver got there at to my house 3:25. Got there late and had to pay a cancelation fee. Another time they picked us up in a van for wheelchairs and after walking up the side on a ramp with nothing to hold on to, we had to endure, the most uncomfortable hour ride away. I have had about 10 round trips to doctors offices with this company so far, I am canceling if possible to try to get another company. I was left outside an hour until I thought to call do not speak English. I’ve almost been dropped several timel just going to let it hoThe guy just left me there and would not put me inside my door. He refused to do so I just left practice his fan up and left me out there. I am very upset.
