I worked with Jessica Mendez on a legal matter. While the case was ultimately resolved, communication was a significant challenge throughout the process. I often experienced delayed responses and limited updates, which made an already stressful situation more difficult. I want to be clear that this review reflects my experience with Jessica Mendez only and is not directed at her partner, Connie. I believe clearer and more consistent communication would greatly improve the client experience.
