This was my first time using acupuncture & I have to say, I can't believe how much better I feel. It was fantastic & I can't wait for my next appointment! Anyone who is afraid of needles, these are so thin & small & the only place I felt pain was in my hand that needs surgery!
I have been seeing Isaac for about a year for a couple different reasons and have experienced relief and improvement for everything he has treated me for. Have heard great things about Isaac, but my experience at Mended Roots has been with the meditation class led by Hugh, a decades-long student and practitioner of many forms of meditation. Hugh is a superb instructor - humble and a good listener whose sole interest is in sharing his knowledge to help others. It's a small class and we cover a range of sitting, standing and moving meditation. It's a great class for starters, with a lot of mutual support and encouragement. Highly recommended.
Isaac is fantastic! I’ve been going to see him for a few months now and consistently have great experiences. I’m not a huge fan needles but Isaac does a great job calming me down. He is very thorough in his explanations and is always willing to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend him for your acupuncture needs.
