I’ve been getting worked on my Dara, for a couple years now. When we first started, I had so many knots and so much tension in my shoulders- most of it is gone now! I have a shoulder injury as well and since she’s started working on it, I’ve been able to use it so much more. I’m able to work out regularly again! She’s also super good at cleaning up those knots you get from working out! My glute gains thank her lol. No but seriously it helps! Dara is excellent! She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She asked lots of questions to truly understand my issues. The massage was interactive resulting in a great outcome. I’ve had a lot of different massages over the years and this was by far the best.
