I have now been going to get a massage at Mend for nearly a year. Ned is my provider/masseur and I have never had a better massage and better outcome for weeks following. I am in my mid 60's , workout regularly and love the outdoors, all which I now enjoy more with regular body work sessions.

I have used several telehealth apps from both sides (as a patient and as a professional), and from the patient side, this is the worst that I have encountered. There is no direct flow — I had to log in three times in the same session just to get to the “waiting room,” and the instructions along the way are confusing or altogether missing, with no online help (at least that I could find). There are no convenience features like chat.

Worst platform in the world, 0 stars. The system is extremely slow, the development team does not solve the issues you are having. They will say an issue is resolved and then another issue will arise or they will say, they "can not replicate the issue on their end", leaving the problem unsolved. Our company has used this platform for over 2 years and it has NEVER worked as it is supposed to. Have issues with the platform as a provider? Not getting results? Follow up once a week, and if you're not seeing anything happen, ask for a discount. This is especially true if you don't have a normal set up and anything is customized just for your practice or organization. Doximity works as a good alternative, if they're not willing to budge.

Where is Dr Kimani? He's he best doc I am has. Now I have a new Dr who knows nothing about me. Not liking this change.
