I absolutely adore my monthly lymphatic massage. Each month, I look forward to it as a time of relaxation and self-care. However, it’s always a bittersweet moment when the hour comes to an end; it feels like just as I start to truly unwind and enjoy the experience, the time slips away all too quickly. I always find myself wishing that I could extend those moments just a little bit longer!
ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’m beyond disappointed and honestly really annoyed. I called looking for a lymphatic massage and was immediately asked where I had my surgery done. As soon as I mentioned it was in Florida, I was told they don’t take any post op patients from Florida, no exceptions. Mend has become a staple in my wellness routine. I get monthly lymphatic drainage massages with either Rena or Tabitha, both are great!! Rena, the owner, has the highest of standards and it shows, both in how she runs her business and her treatments. Since going monthly, I’ve felt significantly better health wise. Tabitha is a GREAT addition to Mend! I truly felt refreshed (and ready for my vacation!) after I left my 90-minute massage! I can't explain it, but the bloating I was experiencing before the treatment magically disappeared after my massage!
I have been seeing Rena for 4 sessions, in an effort to reduce the leg swelling from my knee surgery. I feel the treatments and her advice have had the biggest effect in reducing the swelling in my leg. I highly recommend this practice.
