Dr Dexter is the best!
I have had good experiences at Mend in the past, including fairly recently, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review. Unfortunately, two serious concerns involving patient care, billing, and how those concerns were handled ultimately led me to find a new acupuncture practice. I do want to say that Sarah Humpal was wonderful. She was my favorite provider at Mend, and my experience with her is consistent with many of the positive reviews others have shared. Ray is out of this world! Very professional a very good listener. He explained everything that he did with clarity and he made sure that I understood. Ray made sure I was comfortable and if I had any issues to let him know. I look forward to my next session with Ray. Also mend is a beautiful quiet and peaceful place I absolutely love it.
