I've been going here for several years and thought highly of them but this experience has caused me to look for a new accountant. No communication. I called multiple times leaving messages in different mail boxes with no return phone calls. They emailed me my bill. A month later still no return. I called again and they asked if I signed another form....what form...they never sent it.
