I have never lived in a community where a local utility provider has done so much to help charities. Every year I donate money for those less fortunate to assist in providing energy assistance to keep warm in winter. The utility rates are very reasonable, I am on a fixed income. I am 82 years old and utility rates are low enough for me to keep warm in winter and cool in summer. I truly love Menasha even though I have only lived here for just over 2 years. Marc Kruger
