As the years go by, our bills go up. It's getting expensive just to live. Hopefully this election get who we deserve and inflation goes down because companies like these rip people off by increasing watts and usage. We have been using the same amount for the last few years and this year is all time high. The ladies who work in the font aren't very happy or nice.
Rating of one star is simply because there is nothing good to say about any oppressively expensive, localy monopolized, energy utility. Anything above one star would (to me) feel like a nod of acceptance to the later. My one star, however, is not a reflection of the people how work here. Whom do fine service work and are, in my experience, competent and personable. Just because the organization sucks doesn't mean those who earn a paycheck from it do as well.
