I want to share my appreciation for all the care and support provided for my mum. Throughout the time mum has been a resident at Menarock she has been treated with so much kindness, respect and love. Mum spoke often about all the staff, their care, companionship and support. Mum passed away this week and throughout this really difficult time the staff (all of them) cared for us too!! Thank you to each of you for being so kind and gentle with us all - you are amazing xxx
Staff are very caring and respectful. We only moved our mum to a closer facility opening close to our home In the time our mother was at Menarock McGregor Gardens, the staff were wonderful to mum.
