I would like to acknowledge the care shown to my mother and my entire family while my mum was present in the memory ward there at Camberwell Gardens. We were so well supported during her final days and she was treated with so much tenderness and respect. Thank you to all the staff who cared for her.
Mother in law is in the Ferntree Gully centre. She had had seizure which apparently caused her to fracture her arm and dislocate her shoulder. She did not receive adequate care. It took 4 days for her to get an Xray and during that time she did not receive any extra pain medication. On top of that the manager Rajeep completely mishandled the situation and was deceitful. To top it off, one night when we visited and found an escaped resident outside laying in the garden with his pants down. Staff were unaware he was missing.
