Alondra has truly changed my life! I have never had a massage artist be so informative and thorough. And I was running late myself although it was just a minute I was not stressing or having ANY racing thoughts during my massage which is kind of a constant for me unfortunately. I already have my next appointment set up for another custom body work massage and I honestly can’t wait!!!! Menari bodywork’s is a life saver if you suffer from stress and anxiety or even just chronic pain.

Rafael is great at what he does. He does an excellent job of asking what I would like him to focus on before starting each session. He is very intuitive in using just the right amount of pressure during deep tissue massage. The desk staff are fantastic and always greet me with a friendly smile.
Menari was able to squeeze my partner and I in for a sauna and soak last minute. It has been a very stressful time in both of our lives so we needed a shock to the system and try something new. This is exactly what we needed. They were flexible, comforting, and educational. We will be back!
