I purchased one of their lower priced lawn mowers as I only have a small side yard. First attempt at using it, I prepped it, and when I pulled the cord to start it up, the guts literally fell out. About 3.days later, I brought the lawnmower back to the store and with proof of purchase, I asked to return it. Manager said that I would have to get it inspected by a local lawnmower service shop (what??) in the area before they would even look at it. Even with proof of purchase. Great store low prices
Menards is perfect for just about everything. Except 2x4x6 which is a scrap pile and they should pay me to take it off their hands. If it's a bad product nobody gets then just take it out of the store. As of right now it's an open secret that it's the wood on the lot and it needs to be taken care of
I used to order frequently from the emails I am sent several times a day. They had great deals and pickup was a breeze. That all changed a week ago. I came to pick up my order and was told they no longer provide this service. You now must enter the store and walk all of the way to the back to pick up your order, then walk all of the way back out. This is extremely annoying and I feel for anyone handicapped or who has children you have to drag out of the car. I tried to cancel my order but they kept sending me reminder emails... read more
