Went in for help with my right hand. Ended up with my left arm messed up and chronic pain in both arms. Never trust anyone that says something that hurts is a healing crisis. I was made worse by Myofascial release. I deal with pain all of the time now and was only made to feel crazy When I said I was getting worse. I wish I could give no stars.

I am so very grateful for the work Julie has done with me. I walk on concrete much of the day and this was causing several foot pain and back pain leading to sleep issues. With just a few treatments my body pains are greatly reduced and I am able to sleep through the night.

Julie at Memphis Myofascial Release works wonders. I had chronic pain and scar tissue complications from a recent surgery due to significant scoliosis - I tried myofascial release after many other therapies and injections did not work. With Julie's incredible work, my alignment and pain improved immensely and I am now able to be regularly physically active. I am so grateful to Julie!
