We have had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. We purchased three turnkey rental properties through them, and all three have had significant issues that have cost us time, money, and trust. First, we strongly question the accuracy of the property valuations. The properties are marketed as newly rehabbed, but the quality has not met expectations. I chose a full-service rehab company to avoid spending thousands on repairs, but that has not been the case. For example, one property on England Street had electrical issues that required significant repairs. Another property on Castlewood Street had a leak that damaged the flooring, costing about $9,000 to replace, plus an additional $2,000–$3,000 for roof repairs.
